Apply for DMS Access Privileges

This topic describes how to apply for DMS Access Privileges.

Prerequisites

Only customers who have been authorized are allowed to use the DMS product to perform operations such as activation and accessing the DMS console.

Procedure

  • You need login the system first, and then click DMS product.
  • If you are not authorized, you need submit a ticket according to the system's guidance to apply for DMS access rights.
  • You can fill in the ticket about DMS Access Privileges, and submit the ticket to request the privileges.
  • Kindly wait for that the ticket support member to handle the DMS Access Privileges ticket.
  • Once the authorization has been granted, you can proceed to use the DMS product (such as activation, entering the DMS control console, and other operations).
